After having 3 children this patient was bothered by the deflated appearance of her breasts and fullness of her waistline. Dr. Ablavsky performed simultaneous breast augmentation with 440cc silicone implants, a breast lift, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and liposuction of back and sides of abdomen.
