Facial Fat Grafting Before & After Case 51

This patient wanted the appearance of a fuller, soft, more youthful face. She had filler in the past, but wanted to try fat grafting given how much volume she needed. Fat was harvested from her her medial thighs, processed and injected into her tear troughs, nasolabial folds, cheek bones, lower cheeks, and corners of her mouth.
