This patient led a healthy active lifestyle which left her with volume loss in the face. She wanted to soften the lower cheek region. Dr. Ablavsky performed facial fat grafting by harvesting fat from the lower abdomen and inner thigh region. The fat was processed and injected into the tear troughs, cheeks (upper and lower), as well as into the nasolabial folds for a softer, more youthful appearance.
