This patient had fullness and excess of her upper eyelid skin. She was particularly bothered by the fullness at the outer and inner corners of her eye. She underwent upper blepharoplasty (eyelid) surgery to remove excess skin as well as fat pockets in both eyes for a more youthful, natural look.
